Foxtons - leave me alone!

Honestly, it beggars belief.

Foxtons have written to me yet again (see previous posts on this agency).

What do I have to do to get the message across?

Is my fate to be pestered endlessly by these people?  Is there no escape from their attentions?

This time I get a handwritten note from a Foxtons agent informing me

We have a buyer for your property. Please give me a call ASAP.

Let us reprise here - "a buyer".  Well, I'm not one to pass up an opportunity to sell my house to an eager buyer so I rang up enquire as to the name of said buyer.  Bit of a pause.  But I persisted

No one, but NO ONE, comes into my house unless I know their name.  So before I invite you and your buyer round I insist you tell me their name!

I was getting into my stride here.  Of course the agent had to concede that no specific buyer exists.

It is yet another try-on by Foxtons to get me to drop my estate agent and take them on.

I've told you before and I'll tell you again

LEAVE ME ALONE!  GO AWAY!   PERMANENTLY!
