Four offers.  Yes - FOUR OFFERS!

This is simply fantastic!   Was it the lilies that did the trick? Or perhaps the fact that the weather has been lovely for the past few days.  The sun shining through the leaves of the trees brightening up the garden?  The light streaming through the wooden shutters of the sitting room?  Who knows?  Who cares?

As far as I'm concerned it's not a matter of which is the highest offer.  I want the one who looks like they can actually find the money and exchange....fast and without hiccups   So all I am doing is assessing who is offering the most secure bid.  The housing market hasn't ground to a complete halt and there is obviously money around.

Looks like this house sale torture will soon be over.
