Breaking housing news – property website Rightmove this morning published its latest analysis of the property market – it’s a disaster zone. 

For every one prospective buyer there are no less than 15 properties on offer! And only one in every 15 properties on sale was sold last month!

If you don’t slash your asking price you can forget selling.  

Each estate agent across the country now has, on average, 75 unsold properties on their books – a record!
